Junior Detectives

The essence of these stories is that a bunch of kids stumble upon mysteries and solve them. (I know it's an old cliche story line, but it's from a long time ago.)

History: This is the oldest lasting story I have. These characters have been with me since the beginning. The first origin of this series centered around a magical, multi-swirling colored, sphereical rock. It was thrown in the trash by Tiffany's dad, a jeweler. From there the boys pick it up and start having adventures with it and Tiffany joins up. At one point, i.e. Book 3, Chris' sister angry at not being allowed to join the club, steals the rock, and changes the group into human flowers. Shortly after I got all the stories ready to be written, I was convicted about using magic in my stories. With the spine ripped out of those stories, they went comatose for a long time, until they were given a new purpose to solve crimes. The series got the name Unsung Heros because the characters never got the credit for solving them. The characters stayed pretty much the same. Julie was added, but she was called Tami at the time. The main things of note here are that Julie got turned into a bird (using science) and a bad character was a cat person (also using science). Here I was convicted of using science like magic and torturing my characters. At present, they are growing into characters, I hope, and will be living in their own universe with the superheroes. They will be trying to quell the evil growing in their community and along the way, they will be joined by Hazel.

Characters: Chris, Sam, Tiffany McClintok, Hazel, Julie, Tiffany McClintok, Grandpa, Coach McClintok and others.

Location: Mostly in Sugarwood, sometimes in Asheyville, Kingston, and Crystal's Garden

Dream Club

The Dream Club is an exclusive club. No one can get in. Every once in a while, no one is sure when or how, an invitation is given out to someone. When they get it and sign it, a car comes to take them away and give them their dream. When they are done, the car returns them home, changed.

History: This is a story that started out as a bad idea. It was a new way of using science to change people into other things. God redeemed it, when I put Him in that world.

Characters: Sonya, Chester, Consuela, Veronica, Lincoln, Hayley, and assorted other visitors.

Location: The Dream Club Mansion and it's facilities, somewhere near a large body of water.

Verse: Jeremiah 29:11-13

Fuego

Fuego is a story that began with a day dream that I was wind surfing on the clouds. After a quick sketch of one of the boards, the story idea of saving the people of the city of Fuego began. I have the rough idea of how the stories would go, but I need more information before I'll be able to finish anything about this allegory.

Characters: There are no named characters in this series yet. However, I am toying with the name of the Head Surfer and maker of the boards from atop Mount Fuego as "The Great Kahuna."

Location: The city of Fuego and the mountain nearby

Verse: Deuteronomy 33:26

Timeless

Timeless is a series about time travel. Two brothers use their uncle's time machine to go back and change history.

History: This story is fairly recent. It has no history, yet.

Characters: Brothers Al and Del Cielo and their Uncle Ira Mundo

Location: This series takes place in one of 3 places. 1) The time machine, 2) Home, wherever that is, and 3) wherever in time they are.

Superheroes

I have always wanted to give my characters superpowers. Unfortunately, for a long time, I could not get superpowers to agree with the Bible.

History: I tried to force this story with some of my favorite elements, intelligent computers, robots, and some other stuff. I got to chapter 4 and it never got further. I had charatures and not characters. I was having a hard time forcing it forward. Then it hit the Bible paradox and nearly died. You can read it in the archives, I think. I have now found a way to explain it.

Characters: This one's in research mode right now. I have a dog named Ty and a cat named Chloe. I've got a doctor and a boy with no name.

Location: Each character lives in a different city of Kingston, Crystal's Garden, Ashleyville and Sugarwood. Their base will be on that map somewhere (I know, but I'm not telling).

Not Megaman

O.k. I'll admit it. I'm a closet Megaman fan. I wasn't at first, but I enjoyed the Legends games and as I was doing research for this untitled story, I rediscovered Megaman. Many things about this story smack of Megaman, but there are some big differences. Its fake name is "Not Megaman" to remind me where I'm going with it. I have yet to come up with a real name.

History: Surprising that even though this is a new story, I had been working on this idea before it became this. I had dreamed about a machine that could save a person's brain map into a computer and later download it to a freshly created brain. Also, a machine that would build bodies from scratch. Researching just brought it together in a new way.

Characters: Our blue suited hero, Ken. Our pink suited heroine, Jenny. An unnamed man and wife doctors and Ron their son. Other characters may follow. Maybe a dog, bird, egotistical protagonist, a super strong character, dark shadowy doctor bent on evil, who knows?

Location: This story doesn't have a place other than "in the future" ... It does have hover cars and robotics and high speed internet and computers that can hold way more information than they do now.

Formerly Known as Angels Unaware

I have always been curious about angels. I thought it might be cool to be used of God as an angel with out knowing it, hence Angels Unaware.

History: I created a whole universe (give or take a little) to house the huge story (series) for my characters to go on. Then I learned something new about angels that they are different beings than people. So, it destroys the whole unaware angel thing. Maybe I'll retitle it Messengers Unaware or something.

Characters: I'll probably have to change their names because they were all angel related. Gabe, Mike, A.J., Elika, Leena, Genal, An931

Location: RocketTown - The Space transport A.J. lives on. Unnamed Donut shaped planet that Leena lives on. Unnamed planted of races of 4 elemental based lifeforms that Genal and Elika live on. HomeWorld that Gabe and A.J. lived on.

Battle Discs

People in discs battle other people in discs and their disc knights.

History: This was conceived after watching too many days of Pokemon and Yu-gi-oh! At the time I liked the idea of battling, but hated the idea that the monsters and cards had minimal freedom. They do what they are ordered to do and usually don't have minds of their own. What would happen if real people with real minds battled with varying amounts of commands? I'm stuck on the rules and play of the battles.

Characters: Lloyd - a wanna be disc lord. Jean - his friend and his first disc. Vella - his trainer and who's grandfather enlisted Lloyd as his disc knight. Jean's little brother

Location: Alternate dimention a.k.a. not anywhere close to this world

Universal Pest Control

I was driving behind a truck with the name "Galactic Pest Control" or something like that. It got me thinking about how he would get to other planets to "control" their pests.

Characters: Robert Anthony Miller - Universal Pest controller, other characters less defined.

Location: Earth sometimes, other planets

Truth Guy

This might someday be a Battle Tech-ish type story. Never read any of the series, so I'll never know.

History: This was a superhero mixed with Monty Python set in the future story. It was about a guy named Guy. It died quickly after that. Then one day, I heard some songs called, "Mercy came running" and "Mercy said, 'No.'" And I started personifying Mercy and Grace. Then I went onto where they might live. I'm stuck on what the giant robotic battle machines will look like. I'm guessing not like the Power Rangers. It will probably be a liitle more serious then when it was originally concieved.

Characters: Hero, Another Hero, A Heroine, Assorted bad guys, Assorted good guys with Biblical names

Location: Also in the future, where men in giant robots battle.

About to get extinguished:
"Journey to the Future", "Trapped in Time", "Robot, Friend", "Dreams of Saving Trees"
